The Animal Welfare People
since 1881
The New Brunswick
Society for the Prevention
of Cruelty to Animals
is dedicated to providing
a voice for those who
cannot speak for themselves.
We help companion animals and livestock enjoy a high quality of life through our public education and inspection programs. Whether it’s teaching residents how to handle pets safely or rescuing cats from neglect, we are dedicated to protecting the creatures who enrich our lives.
Our
10 shelters provide
care and temporary homes
for more than 6,000
animals annually. Our
animal protection officers
and inspectors answer
3,000 calls annually
on animal abuse. We
help owners address
welfare concerns, and
lay charges where situations
warrant.
The New Brunswick
Society for the Prevention
of Cruelty to Animals
is a registered, non-profit
charitable organization.
We
rely on donations and
other fund-raising activities
to carry out our work.
Please join our dedicated
network of volunteers
who strive to ensure
all New Brunswick animals
are treated with the
respect and care they
deserve. |
